WHAT TO EXPECT

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. First time appointments please arrive 10 minutes early 
• First time appointments please bring insurance card with you - if applicable.
• Masks are optional, you may see us wearing them but they are not required.
•  Its best to wear loose fitting clothing that allows for access to your lower legs to knee and arms to the elbow.
• Please do not bring excess personal items into the clinic.
• Please wash or sanitize hands upon arriving.
• Appointments are for 1 hour and genrally include 30-45 minutes of Acupuncture, Visceral Manipulation, Cranio-Sacral, and Chiropractic

Acupuncture treatments now have support by Medicare Advantage Plans for the treatment of Low Back Pain.

Dr. McNair DC, our chiropractor and craniosacral practitioner, does not take Medicare. These services are not covered by Medicare at our office.
